Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders are packed and shipped from The Netherlands. 
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically fall within:

• Domestic: 1–2 business days 

• International: 5–10 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page or email at contact@saudadejewellery.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
